The rack must be installed firmly and correctly. The installation of cone crusher rack is similar with the cycle crusher. Before demolishing the old rack, we should measure the central location and elevation of old crusher, and the elevation of new rack should be less than 2mm. the new rack elevation should be no less than the old rack elevation, or above 1.5mm. Before installing the new rack, please clear the second water layer, and then sit it down the base with plate in the bottom in order to adjust the levelness of the crusher.
