Stone production lines are divided into two types, gravel production line and sand production line. Of course, if the classification is different, the equipment configuration for production line must be different. The main equipments of gravel production line is crushing devices, but for sand production line it is making sand equipments. According to the hardness of the broken materials, the stone production line can be divided into one-step forming and secondary crushing stone production line. And sand production line is combined by vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen and rubber belt conveyer equipment etc.
Sand and tone production line is named by the output material type,and the finished include stone and manual sand.It is the same to the combination of stone production line and sand production line.In the factory that manufacture material for building roads and buildings,the sand stone production line is needed.This kind production line can meet the requirement of producing stone and sand at the same time.

1.the basic flow chart of sand stone production line:
The vibrating feeder feed the stone to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing,then the output material are sent to the impact crusher by belt conveyor for further crushing.After that,the material are sent to the vibrating feeder for screening,the finished product which can meet the size requirement will be sent to the sand washing machine,the material come from the sand washing machine are the final finished product.
2.The performance of sand stone production line
This sand stone production line has high degree of automation,and the operation cost is low,and it is also with features of energy saving,high production,little waste and easy maintance.The sand stone production line is designed according to the use of the finished product. As each equipment combines reasonably,the production line cover small area,and the investment efficiency is high.
Large stone via feed bin evenly is sent into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, the broken stone is conveyed by belt conveyor to counterattack crusher for further broken. The fine stone is delivered by belt conveyor into the vibrating screen for screening to several different specifications. The stone that meets the size requirement will be transmitted to the finished stone pile by belt conveyer of finished products. The stone that doesn’t satisfy the granularity request will be reverted to impact crusher by belt conveyor for crushing again. It forms a closed-circuit repeated broken circulation. The granularity of finished product can be combined and classified according to user’s requirements. For the protection of environment, it can be equipped with auxiliary dust removal equipment.
