Ball mill is key equipment to of grinding mill , and the Ball Mill with medium hard is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics etc. They are manufactured with highest quality material and workmanship; deliver the most efficient, trouble free and economical combination of material ranging from (5-30mm) down to varying product sizes.
Ball mill is an efficient machine for powder grinding. And the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, new-type building material, silicate, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc. Ball mills have two ways of grinding: the dry way and the wet way. It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different extracting way of mine. Ball mill is widely used in cement industry, mining industry, building material, chemical industry etc.
According to the discharging type, ball mill could be divided into three types, overflow type Ball Mill, open-type Ball Mill and peripheral type Ball Mill. Overflow type Ball Mill is the most common one. As the first class open grinding equipment, ball mill is widely used for first class grinding equipment of concentrator, artificial sand stone and electricity sector of chemical plants. The Ball Mill rotation is based on deceleration motor and large gear deceleration rotation or through large gear deceleration rotation which driven by low speed synchronous motor, and then drive Ball Mill cylinder rotating. Steel bar, the grinding media is installed in cylinder; media is promoted to a certain height because of the joint action of friction and centrifugal force, and is dropping or falling off. The grinding materials are continuously feeding into the cylinder through inlet of ball mill, crushed by steel bar and discharge the finished products out of Ball Mill by overflow and continuous feeding strength then go to the next process.
