An Introduction to Iron Ore Crushing Production Line

The iron ore resource is rich in China, but most of the iron ore resources are lean iron ores. The grade of the ultra-poor magnetite is low, but it is easy to mine.
Currently, the crushing method used by most of the individual mines is the two-stage jaw crusher configuration, and then the materials enter the crushing process of the hammer crusher. Although this three-stage crushing process is simple and has less initial investment costs, the maintenance costs are in the later stage. The most insupportable thing is that the efficiency of the hammer crusher is very low. The replacement of wear parts is very frequent which has wasted lots of time. In view of this situation, the engineers of Henan Hongxing Mining Machinery help the customers to do a detailed analysis, point out the problem and propose reasonable solution.
The engineers of Henan Hongxing Mining Machinery think that the hammer crusher is one of the most low-cost crushing equipment, but it can only be applied to the mine field whose production capacity is relatively small (two or three tons per hour). In the case of small capacity, the loss of the hammer crusher is small and the cost pressure and maintenance difficulty caused by the replacement of the hammerhead is small. In this case, the owners can accept. However, as the most crushing equipment with the inexpensive value, the equipment itself has a lot of deficiencies. The first is the insufficient crushing effect. The striking surface of the hammerhead is not concentrated and the fine crushing effect is poor. Second, the hammerhead is monolithic. After the hammerhead is worn, the hammerhead needs to be replaced as a whole. The maintenance costs are very high. The maintenance operation is also complicated. A set of hammerhead only has one or two days’ service life. At last, the capacity can not be greatly improved which can only be applied to the small mine fields. If the miners need to increase productivity and the single line of production capacity exceeds fifty or sixty tons, the hammer crusher is inappropriate. Using the hammer crusher to complete the crushing operations with large production is very reluctantly, which will lead to the high cost of wear.
